10 Cities with the Best Snow Days Ever

January 18, 2018

Winter isn’t the easiest of seasons. In Chicago, we’ve already experienced way too many bitter low temps! Although, some of us still hold a soft spot for winter and there’s only one reason why. Snow. As they sang in “White Christmas,” I want to wash my hands, my face, and hair with snow. While my obsession with snow is not at that level, snow just makes you happy for a few precious moments as long as we’re warm and cozy indoors. We’ve rounded up these photos to prove how great it is to see snow in the city.

Chicago, Illinois

Why stay cooped up inside when you can walk the town with these views?

London, United Kingdom

Snow’s a great excuse for canceling your plans.

Denver, Colorado

Ice and snow festivals are one of the best parts of winter.

I don't know why I thought a frozen lake wouldn't be slippery.

Walk at your own risk (or not at all please because that looks very dangerous).
