I sometimes don’t realize how close we are to the water in New York City. Yes, I know Manhattan is an island, but the crowded streets cause me and (probably others) to forget how we’re only a few steps away from the river. The best way to experience New York’s large bodies of water is with all the boats, and I know firsthand that’s something everyone should do at least summer.
When living in the city, it’s hard to keep track of everything going on. We all click on that “Interested” button for a Facebook event, but do we really end up going to the event? Probably not. It’s why I’m introducing another blog series on Lost & Found in the City called “City Happenings” so you can actually see what events are worth checking out. Check out the events picked out for April 2017.
Hello, everyone! I know, I know, it’s been about one month since Lost & Found in the City went into hiatus. The beginning of the year turned out to be more stressful and busy than I expected, so managing a blog on top of everything seemed so difficult. I realized the problem was that I didn’t have a clear idea on what I wanted this blog to be.
Lost & Found in the City shares the experience of living in the hustle and bustle. Come back here on January 2, 2017 to see how this journey begins.
In the meantime, follow Lost & Found in the City on all the social media channels to get a taste of this blog:
See you in the new year!
